Every Necheli jewel is handcrafted and individually finished.

Because our jewelry is handcrafted, individual pieces may exhibit natural variations.

Depending on the design and materials, these may include differences in:

  • Pearl shape, size, surface, color, or luster

  • Bead color, size, or arrangement

  • Enamel and other handcrafted detailing

  • Metal texture or finish

  • Setting and placement

  • Overall appearance

Natural stones and pearls may contain inclusions, color variations, surface characteristics, or other irregularities inherent to natural materials.

These characteristics contribute to the individuality of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.

4. Product Information

However, because every Necheli jewel is handcrafted, the piece you receive may exhibit minor differences from the piece photographed or displayed online.

Adding a product to your cart does not necessarily reserve or guarantee that product.

A product is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully placed and accepted by Necheli.

6. Ready to Ship Products

Products identified as Ready to Ship are currently available for fulfillment.

Unless a different timeline is expressly stated on the applicable product page, Ready to Ship products are generally dispatched within:

3 to 5 business days

This represents an estimated dispatch timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery transit time begins after dispatch.

7. Preorder Products

Products identified as Preorder are not available for immediate dispatch.

Unless a different timeline is expressly stated on the applicable product page, Preorder products generally have an estimated dispatch timeline of:

6 to 8 weeks

Where a product-specific dispatch timeline is displayed, the product-specific timeline will apply.

Before purchasing a Preorder product, customers may be required to acknowledge that the item is a Preorder and accept the applicable estimated dispatch timeline.

By completing the purchase of a Preorder product, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is not available for immediate dispatch

  • The stated period is an estimated dispatch timeline

  • Delivery transit time is additional

  • Handcrafted production may require additional time

  • The Preorder is subject to our cancellation and return restrictions

Because every Necheli jewel is handcrafted, production may occasionally be affected by artisan availability, materials, finishing, quality inspection, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a Preorder experiences a material delay beyond its estimated dispatch timeline, please contact us for an update and available resolution options.

8. Prices and Currency

Prices displayed through the Services may vary according to your selected market, location, currency, taxes, or other applicable factors.

Prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or another currency supported by our store.

Currency conversion rates and foreign transaction charges may be determined by Shopify, payment processors, card issuers, banks, or other financial institutions and are outside Necheli's control.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, customization charges, and other fees may be added where applicable.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.

A price change after an order has been validly accepted will not ordinarily affect that order, except where necessary to correct an obvious pricing or technical error and permitted by applicable law.

This applies to both Ready to Ship and Preorder products.

Once an order is placed, we may begin allocating inventory, processing the order, or initiating handcrafted production.

Please review your order and all applicable fulfillment information carefully before completing checkout.

A product remaining within its stated processing or Preorder timeline does not constitute grounds for cancellation.

11. Payment

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including product charges, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or independent payment providers.

Necheli does not necessarily receive or store complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, is declined, appears unauthorized, or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

12. Shipping and Delivery
